MORROW COUNTY SERVICES FOR OLDER CITIZENS, INC., DBA SENIORS ON CENTER WAS INCORPORATED IN 1974 FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MORROW COUNTY WHO ARE SIXTY AND OLDER AND FOR HELPING THESE RESIDENTS LIVE ACTIVE, PRODUCTIVE, HEALTHY, AND INDEPENDENT LIVES.
