Mission

Pro Seniors' mission is to help older adults resolve legal and long-term care problems and fight Medicare fraud. We have a Legal Helpline for seniors in Ohio to speak with an attorney for free. We also have in-house attorneys who help seniors in southwest Ohio with civil legal issues that few private attorneys will handle (Medicare, Medicaid, consumer issues). Our ombudsmen are advocates for people in nursing homes, assisted living and other long-term care in Southwest Ohio. They ensure that residents are being treated with respect in their long-term care situation. They help protect your rights and can connect seniors to needed services or agencies. Using a team of volunteers, Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) teaches Ohioans how to avoid Medicare fraud and identity theft.
