THE ASSOCIATION IS CHARGED WITH DETERMINING AND PROMOTING THE MUTUAL INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS, THROUGHOUT THE COMMONWEALTH, WITH A MISSION OF PROMOTING ACCESS TO COMPREHENSIVE, COMMUNITY-ORIENTED PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR UNDERSERVED. THIS MISSION IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, AND ADVOCACY.
