1.Ensure that policies have been reviewed and that staff are consistently following the best practices that we have in place. This includes an emphasis on accountability, for both youth and staff.
2.Open a Semi-Independent Living Program for older youth to focus intensely on independent living skills in a home-like setting as they prepare to move out on their own.
3.Create a formalized plan to maximize our efforts of offering educational attainment, educational advancement, & work experience to our students & offer the program to youth not referred by probation.
