Vision

Our vision is for North Fairmount to be a dynamic, flourishing, and self-sustaining community where individuals and families can grow together and find the stabilization they need to achieve their goals. In today’s divisive and fragmented climate, we have a vision for a stronger and united community. Although challenges continue to affect many families, we believe lasting change happens when neighbors, businesses, volunteers, and community organizations work together. Therefore, we remain committed to building a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Goals

1. 1.Increase access to community resources that improve daily living for individuals and families. • Expand Angel's Arms Free Store. • Strengthen the Furnishing Futures Program. • Increase volunteer recruitment and retention. • Build additional community partnerships.
2. 2.Strengthen the organization's financial health, governance, and operational capacity. • Increase grant funding. • Diversify fundraising efforts. • Strengthen Board governance. • Improve financial reporting and accountability. • Expand community awareness through marketing and outreach.
3. 3.Expand services that assist veterans in accessing benefits, community resources, and supportive services. • Grow the Mission Renewed Veterans Program. • Increase veteran outreach. • Develop additional partnerships with veteran-serving organizations. • Increase referrals for housing, employment, legal services, and VA benefits.
