THE CINCNNATI HEALTH NETWORK (CHN) IS A GRANTEE FOR THE HEALTH CARE FOR THE HOMELESS PROGRAM IN THE GREATER CINCINNATI AREA AND OPERATES AS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER. THE CHN IS ALSO THE RYAN WHITE PART C GRANTEE AND PROVIDES EARLY INTERVENTION AND PRIMARY CARES SERVICES TO PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV IN THE TRI-STATE AREA. THE CHN LEADS THE GREATER CINCINNATI HIV/AIDS COLLABORATIVE.
