BCWA desires to work cooperatively with regulatory agencies, developers, municipalities, and the conservation community to meet our goal of protecting and preserving the Beaver Creek Wetlands.

Goals

1.Goals: 1. Develop a map of each property that defines habitat types, trails, and boardwalks. 2. Develop an annual calendar of maintenance activities. 3. Assign a leader/champion for each property who will manage the schedule of activities
2.1. Expand the fundraising including marketing, events, fundraising campaigns, stewarding current & potential donors, and business/corporate sponsorships by hiring a development associate. 2. Implement a planned giving program 3. The Board of Trustees will be responsible for growing the endowment with $10,000 of new money over 3 years 4. Grow fundraising capacity on the Board
3.1. Complete Phases 3, 4 & 5, which are in process and fully funded. 2. Complete Phase 6, Beavercreek Wildlife Area & connections to JABR & Koogler, contingent on funding from ODNR and other sources. 3. Develop an executable plan and funding strategy for Phase 7
