HOUSED IN A TURN-OF-THE-CENTURY RAIL DEPOT, CAPITOL MARKET IS TASKED WITH SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESSES AND WEST VIRGINIA FARMERS THROUGH PROVIDING A UNIQUE RETAIL AND TOURIST DESTINATION IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON.
