We aim to increase donations, grants, and other revenue streams by engaging our Executive Director, staff, and volunteers in meeting annual targets for grants, gifts, and estate giving, fostering a collaborative effort to support our mission.
3. 3.Circle Tail aims to attract, engage, motivate, and retain dedicated staff and volunteers. Our goal is to enhance the employee and volunteer experience by implementing creative recognition programs.
