MISSION: We exist to develop urban leaders so that urban youth have the role models they need to live transformed lives by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Vision

Vision: UYWI fuels a movement of urban leaders who lead generations of youth to restore and rebuild

Goals

1.We want 15,000 additional leaders in our Leadership Process between 2020 - 2025.
2.We want to see 250,000 young people engaged in discipleship relationships through the 15,000 engaged leaders in Goal 1.
3.We want to engage 1,000,000 young people with the Gospel through the 15,000 engaged leaders in Goal 1.
