THE ORGANIZATION IS DESIGNATED TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND RESTORE OLD AND HISTORIC STRUCTURES IN BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA, INCLUDING THE SOMERSET CLUB BUILDING, IN ORDER TO PERPETUATE THE FURTHER EDUCATION OF POSTERITY IN THE ARCHITECTURAL, HISTORIC AND GENERAL CULTURAL HERITAGE OF BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS.
