BBB Foundation delivers on Better Business Bureau's vision of an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers trust each other.

Goals

1. 1.One of BBB Foundation's business plan initiatives is "Embracing User Centricity", which has two objectives: Grow the Restoring Trust program and Grow Foundation partnerships (Accredited Businesses, community organizations, etc.) Each objective has associated KPIs that are updated every year to demonstrate significant growth over the previous year's performance to support mission scaling.
2. 2.One of BBB Foundation's business plan initiatives is BBB "Brand Delivery", which has one objective: Increase Foundation programs engagements year-over-year. This objective has associated KPIs that are updated every year to demonstrate significant growth over the previous year's performance to support mission scaling.
3. 3.One of BBB Foundation's business plan initiatives is "Building Revenue Growth", which has one objective: Increase revenue year-over-year. This objective has associated KPIs that are updated every year to demonstrate growth over the previous year's performance to support mission scaling.
