1. 1.Things to accomplish in year 1 - Implement fundraising KPI's & Dashboards; Launch recurring Donor Strategy; Strengthen Operational Processes and Board Engagement; Achieve 15-20% annual revenue growth through diversified funding streams; develop major donor cultivation strategy with annual giving targets; Increase corporate sponsorships aligned with mission impact.
2. 2.Link participant growth directly to secured funding levels; Track cost-per-participant and program ROI annually; Pilot new program elements before scaling organization-wide; Maintain participant-to-staff ratio standards to preserve quality.
3. 3.Strengthen internal administrative infrastructure; Clarify roles between board, staff and volunteers; Provide leadership development and succession planning; Add strategic administrative or development support as funding allows; Focus on key volunteer positions to assist staff prior to new hires.
