Vision

100% of youth who participate in BGCC programs at least three times a week will graduate on time, live healthy, and give back to their community.

Goals

1. 1.BGCC will grow existing services by increasing overall Average Daily Attendance by 5% to 8% across all sites. We will maintain a system-wide attendance-to-membership ratio of 70% to 75% while improving youth outcome scores in Academic Success, Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles by 3% to 5% year-over-year through targeted recruitment and consistent engagement practices.
2. 2.We will launch new programs based on community needs, specifically piloting 1 to 2 initiatives focused on mental health, workforce readiness, or digital equity. To support this, we will increase the Employee Engagement Index by 5% to 8% and expand professional development by 20% to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care to our members.
3. 3.BGCC will invest in organizational capacity by expanding to at least one new site and advancing planning for the Carson Flagship Clubhouse. We will maintain a financial forecast-to-actual variance within 4% and diversify revenue by increasing the active donor base by 10% to 12% and converting 15% to 20% of one-time donors into recurring supporters.
