We envision a future where our region becomes a unique epicenter of the arts, shaped by an identity that reflects the diverse voices of the people – past, present, and emerging – who live, work, and create locally. We envision a future where the arts, culture, and creativity are integrated into the fabric of society to nurture and sustain collective well-being.

Goals

1. 1.We're scaling our arts education and public art programs across Southeast and Greater LA, where access remains limited. As one of the only providers in the region, our goal is to expand our reach and deepen impact through sustainable, community-rooted growth.
2. 2.As we grow, we're strengthening our backend with improved digital systems, added administrative support, and a lean, tech-forward approach that ensures long-term sustainability and allows us to operate efficiently while maximizing impact.
3. 3.We're prioritizing our most impactful and sustainable programs—arts education and public art projects—while scaling back on offerings that are outwardly valuable but financially unsustainable, ensuring mission alignment and long-term viability.
