Vision

Our vision is to provide financial support to charitable programs for the citizens of the Escondido area specifically for youth, senior citizens and the financially, physically or mentally disadvantaged.

Goals

1. 1.With the changing financial climate within the City of Escondido, it is imperative that we provide leadership in areas where we can - both financially and strategically.
2. 2.The Escondido nonprofit community is a thriving tapestry to our everchanging demographics. Our community service grant program must continue to evolve to meet these needs without placing undue distress on our grantees.
3. 3.As part of our 100 year milestone, the Board of Director's retained counsel to realign our vision beyond budgets and have recommitted ourselves to following best practices including regular meeting minutes, updated policies and other administrative activities as recommended.
