Goals

1. 1.Hire a paid Nurse Manager/Client Services Director to oversee clinic and volunteer operations, Salary review and adjustment for all staff members, Assess need to offer health benefits, Leadership succession plan for admin and clinic positions, Staff development and training for continued excellence, Clear, annually reviewed SOP’s, P&P’s “Clinic in a Box”
2. 2.• Add targeted marketing campaign for Abortion Determined clients • Focus messaging on compassion, confidentiality and empowerment • Expand visibility through community engagement and presentations as well as media • Establish Life Choice as a trusted community resource • Develop “Church/Community Ambassador” program for outreach
3. 3.• Become APR providing clinic • Offer classes at Yucaipa center • All new car seats in boutique • Add STD/STI testing and treatment • Establish structured mentorship program for moms, dads and families • Develop better measurement tools for interaction effectiveness
