Mission

Cancer Support Community's mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. From its beginnings in 1982 to today, the Cancer Support Community, now headquartered in Washington, D.C., has expanded to over 50 chapters, and an additional 125 satellites and hospital partnerships. All services are free of charge.
