Vision

To be a model of excellence in providing programs to serve the homeless in our community, and to assist in finding solutions to the many causes of homelessness through collaboration with other community organizations.

Goals

1. 1.There are currently over 200 families experiencing homelessness in Orange County and awaiting assistance. We hope to assist as many of those families as possible.
2. 2.Families experiencing homelessness in Orange County currently wait an average of 16 months before being matched with an organization that can provide assistance. Our New Start Family Housing program aims to reduce that time by targeting families that have been homeless for 120 days or less.
3. 3.In order to help more families transition from experiencing homelessness to self sufficiency we must build our donor base, secure more grants, and organize additional fundraising activities.
