The mission of Father Joe’s Villages is to prevent and end homelessness, one life at a time. We achieve our mission by providing outcome-based programs in the spirit of our CREED (Compassion, Respect, Empathy, Empowerment, and Dignity).

Vision

As San Diego’s leading homeless services non-profit, Father Joe’s Villages will set the standard for quality client support and empowerment, staffing excellence, innovation, and advocacy.

Goals

1.Become San Diego’s employer of choice for individuals in the non-profit sector.
2.Proactively identify barriers faced by those experiencing homelessness and pilot creative solutions.
3.Support people in preventing and ending their homelessness by building on the initial success of the Turning the Key Initiative.
