The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: To provide Job Readiness Training (JRT) to 200+ adults coming out of incarceration, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and tools to achieve stability and self-reliance.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: To engage approximately 75 justice-impacted youth in our Youth Garden program, providing them with the basics of operating a community garden while developing foundational workplace skills.

Goal Three: As we approach our 30th anniversary, our goal is to continue to build a solid financial base to support our programs through increased support from private foundations, corporations and individuals
