World Orphans

Mission

World Orphans equips, inspires, and mobilizes the church to care for orphans and vulnerable children. Our vision is to empower the church to care for orphaned children and vulnerable families. Our Home Based Care (HBC) program is a family-based program that both addresses and prevents the rise of the orphan population by caring for children in a home environment. Administered through our Church Partnership model, World Orphans partners US churches with international churches that each holistically care for 20 orphaned and vulnerable children. These children are being raised by single mothers, extended family, neighbors, friends, or church members.

1.Empower the vulnerable families in our Home Based Care program holistically with special emphasis on economic empowerment allowing them to better provide for their children, ultimately keeping them out of orphanages and other dangerous situations.
2.Partner all of our international church partners with a US church. Provide care for an additional 90 families (300 children) through our family preservation program (Home Based Care)
3.Establish an NGO in Kenya, India, and Peru which will create necessary structure needed for expansion in those countries.
