TO RESCUE PUREBRED CAIRN TERRIERS AND CAIRN TERRIER MIXES WHICH ARE HOMELESS OR SOON-TO-BE-HOMELESS AND PROVIDE VETERINARY CARE, REHABILITATION, FOSTERING AND ADOPTION FOR THESE DOGS AS WELL AS EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT RESPONSIBLE CAIRN TERRIER CARE AND OWNERSHIP.
