Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America (LEDA) empowers a community of exceptional young leaders from under-resourced backgrounds by supporting their higher education and professional success in order to create a more inclusive and equitable country.

1.Maintain the high quality and outstanding results of our core programs, which all employ a "high-touch" model, even as our student and alumni community continues to grow every year
2.Increase our visibility and brand recognition in order to support both program participant recruitment efforts and fundraising strategies
3.Develop additional programming that responds to more specialized academic and career preparation interests, relying on robust feedback processes from our program participants
