Vision

We desire to give help, hope, and a hand up to those who are hungry and homeless.

Goals

1. 1.Increase the number of clients being served at the food pantry. We will use social media and targeted mailings to increase awareness of the pantry. As we highlight our needs, we will invite people to participate through financial donations and volunteer service. As our volunteer base grows, we will extend our operating hours, add Saturday shoopping hours, and provide a pop-up mobile pantry.
2. 2.Increase the number of families in our transitional housing program. We will pursue grants to expand funding for this program so that we can build additional housing units for unhoused families with children. We will collaborate with other agencies and businesses to provide excellent case management which will include personal counseling, financial coaching, and life-skill mentoring.
3. 3.Increase our capacity for service by focusing on financial analysis, fundraising, and volunteer recruitment. We have added staff to improve our data collection and develop meaningful financial metrics for better decision-making. We will utilizae our VISTA liasion to increase our capability for fundraising and to expand our volunteer pool so that we can provide an exceptional client experience.
