Goals

1. 1.Expand the Hidden Blessing Family Resource Program to provide year-round access to food support, essential supplies, youth development activities, and wellness resources for underserved families, increasing service reach and impact across Los Angeles County.
2. 2.Strengthen organizational infrastructure by improving data collection, monitoring and evaluation systems, volunteer coordination, and program management processes to enhance service quality and better measure outcomes for children and families.
3. 3.Increase financial stability through diversified fundraising—building partnerships, expanding grant support, and growing donor engagement—to ensure long-term sustainability and consistent delivery of critical family and youth support services.
