Mission

The United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties mission is to mobilize community resources to help people measurably improve their lives. We partner with local organizations to make an impact in four key areas: <br>1.Health/Mental Health & Substance Abuse<br>2. Safety Net/Basic Needs<br>3. Workforce Development<br>4. Youth Development

Goals

1.Make a Big Difference in our community. Hook donors through service and demonstrating the ability for their dollar to accomplish more than one goal. Tell our partner's stories.
2.Be the Bridge. Connect people to resources, dollars to needs and community to a network of non-profits working to obtain long term solutions.
3.Be Bold. Do what this community needs by assessing current programs and being open to closing the door on outdated programs.
