    Mission

    CHN is a highly seasoned, nonprofit affordable housing developer and housing service provider that works with its partners to solve major housing challenges for low-income people and underserved communities. We have developed over 6,500 affordable homes and have helped 2,600 low-income families achieve sustainable home ownership. Each year we serve 40,000 families through: Real Estate Development & Affordable Housing, Lending, Energy Conservation & Weatherization, Counseling & Education, and Utility Assistance. We work in Ohio and neighboring states to preserve and expand affordable housing, build equitable communities.
