Mission

THE MISSION OF PEGASUS FARM IS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY THAT HOLISTICALLY SUPPORTS AND EMPOWERS PEOPLE WITH DIVERSE NEEDS THROUGH THERAPEUTIC EQUESTRIAN PROGRAMS, VOCATIONAL SERVICES, AND RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.

Vision

We envision a future where people with disabilities reach their full potential aided by a culture of growth, independence, and self-advocacy.

Goals

1.Create board-approved criteria for measuring the sustainability of all current and future programs. Include income, expenses, impact, mission, goals, capacity.
2.Review the Sustainability of Core Programs using the new sustainable model template and identifying new opportunities.
3.Evaluate revenue opportunities for the Country Store and Garden which serves as a worksite and as a revenue generator/social venture.
