Vision

Our vision is to be a solution in helping persons who are homeless to thrive and reach their most abundant life, inspired by the love of Jesus.

Goals

1. 1.1. End the cycle of homelessness by providing support & resources so 75%+ of guests transition to stable housing or enter residential treatment in 45 days, increasing resiliency and self-sufficiency.
2. 2.2.Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the mission (updated unified message for speaker’s bureau and train, create formal communications plan)
3. 3.3. Evaluate and provide personalized services for guests to help them effectively transition to live their most abundant lives (Guest services team, trauma-informed environment, more intentional about offering spiritual support, evaluate existing providers/services-identify gaps)
