    In compliance with the trust agreement dated October 19,1961, funds from this trust are to be used exclusively for the benefit of and to conduct, maintain, promote, develop or support the works and the activities of the parish of St Christopher by the River. Key Bank, Trustee makes distributions as directed by the Board of Trustees, who has the authority to move/appoint the Trustee and withdraw principal. Key Bank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of the beneficiary organization.
