Mission

NET INCOME ISSUED FROM THIS TRUST IS USED FOR THE UP-KEEP AND OPERATION OF THE MUSICAL ARTS ASSOCIATION MUSIC HALL and for the maintenance, operation, and/or support of a Symphony Orchestra and kindred activities at the Music Hall in accordance with the Trust Agreement, dated January 15, 1931. Keybank N.A. is Trustee. Under the Ohio Institutional Trust Funds Act of 1999, the bene ficiaries have chosen to receive the maximum of income based on the greater of 5% of AFV or traditional income. Keybank maintains a responsiveness to the needs and activities of the beneficiary organi zation in the attainment of its mission. The beneficiary organization has the right and authority to remove and or appoint the Trustee.
