Goals

1. 1.Refine Mission Statement: Partnering with the local church to see individuals and families in our community experience transformation and flourishing. Vision Statement: Envision communities where healthy individuals and families are flourishing and the local church is fully engaged in transformation. CORE values are Faith Integration, Compassionate Care, Community Engagement, and Family Support.

3. 3.Leverage partnerships with area churches that are part of the Associated Churches. Create an Advisory Board to generate ideas and tactics for possible future ministry opportunities.
