Goals

1. 1.ECDC’s goal is to grow, expand, and scale our programs to increase access to high-quality early childhood education. We aim to strengthen and sustain our sliding fee scale to ensure affordable, developmentally appropriate care for ALICE families in Elkhart County, while expanding capacity and maintaining program quality to meet community need.
2. 2.ECDC’s goal is to invest in the capacity of our organization by strengthening financial stability, maintaining sustainable funding for the future, and supporting staff development, program quality, and operational infrastructure. This will help ensure we can continue to effectively serve children and families as we grow.
3. 3.ECDC’s goal is to continue and strengthen our advocacy efforts for early childhood education and care. This includes promoting awareness of the importance of high-quality, affordable early learning, engaging with community partners, and supporting policies that benefit children, families, and early childhood professionals in our community.
