TO ADVOCATE FOR ADULTS WITH MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF REHABILITATIVE, EDUCATIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL SERVICES. CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE SERVED THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED THROUGH THE HEAD START AND HEALTHY FAMILIES PROGRAMS.
