2. 2.BBBSNEI is committed to new programs in response to changing needs among youth, such as rising mental health concerns and academic challenges. We’ve introduced initiatives focused on social-emotional learning, resilience, and stronger academic support to address these issues. By adapting our services, we ensure youth are equipped to overcome obstacles and thrive in a changing world.
3. 3.We will invest in our organization's capacity to ensure sustainable growth, improve program quality, and meet rising demand. Strengthening our financial, management, and technical infrastructure enables us to support our staff and mentors more effectively, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize our impact on the youth and communities we serve.
