Goals

1.Shares, Inc. seeks to expand, enhance and innovate services and supports to become a ‘Destination Service Provider’ for people with IDD.
2.Shares, Inc. will compete for talent, catalyze its employees to achievement and the rewards that come with it, and fully leverage its Board of Directors and Leadership to providing active, authentic organizational leadership that is intentionally transparent and high-performing. Shares, Inc. is clear-eyed in its understanding that this is its top priority in order to achieve its strategy.
