Mission

To provide, at greatly reduced rates (low bono) or for free (pro bono), excellent legal and legal education services to nonprofit organizations and their stakeholders (i.e., founders, directors, members and donors) through our charitable legal aid and educational programming.

Vision

We aim for a world where all nonprofits have access to excellent, affordable legal counsel that allows them to better serve their missions.

Goals

1.Each of our legal staff go beyond the required CLE (continuing legal education) requirement for attorneys to ensure they can provide the best possible legal services to nonprofit clients. This includes conferences, additional readings, and courses.
2.Improve the systems we use to ensure maximum efficiency of processes, including integrating automation to make administrative tasks, such as managing emails, faster. This will allow us to serve clients more efficiently.
3.Survey clients multiple times per year to ensure we are serving their greatest legal needs.
