Mission

Horizon House is a full-service agency that connects individuals experiencing homelessness to safe and permanent housing. Once housed, Horizon House supports individuals in sustaining housing and achieving goals to thrive in their community. We provide HELP, HOPE, and HOME. We serve our neighbors with dignity and respect, as they take steps towards a more stable life.
