Vision

Since 1988, Gennesaret Free Clinics has annually served thousands of medically underserved individuals in the Indianapolis community, including those experiencing homelessness and living in poverty. Gennesaret is disrupting poverty in Marion County by bringing compassionate and patient-centered healthcare directly to those who need it the most at no cost.

Goals

1. 1.Create a balanced and resilient funding model by reducing "scope drift" when pursuing grant opportunities, diversifying funding sources, and building a recognizable brand that attracts and retains donors.
2. 2.Become a leading healthcare resource in underserved communities by deploying an operational excellence program to address provider process, patient flow, and clinic utilization to increase annual patient visits at each site by 20%.
3. 3.Establish Gennesaret as a highly sought-after place to work and volunteer by implementing improvement activities to address concerns and areas of dissatisfaction, to increase employee satisfaction by 2027.
