    Community Foundation of Howard County

    Mission

    The mission of the Community Foundation of Howard County is to connect people, resources and causes to produce a positive and sustainable change in the communities we serve. Today, the Community Foundation of Howard County is home to more than 200 funds representing a broad range of donor and community interests. From its incorporation on March 6, 1991, the foundation has grown into the largest single grant-maker in the county. The number and dollar amounts of grants being given in the community continue to grow. Those grants, however, are all the direct or indirect result of a donor's interest in the community. To all of our donors, we say thank you for your generosity.
