Mission

AHEPA Senior Living is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing and quality supportive services to low-income older adults across the United States. AHEPA's housing program was founded in 1980 and is rooted in a century-long tradition of community service. We believe that stable, dignified housing is the foundation of health, independence, and well-being in later life. Today, AHEPA Senior Living operates 89 affordable independent and assisted living communities in 19 states, serving more than 5,000 older adults — and we welcome partnerships with foundations and organizations that share our commitment to housing accessibility and aging with dignity.
