TO CREATE AN ECONOMICALLY VIBRANT COMMUNITY BY RECRUITING, RETAINING, AND STRENGTHENING OUR ECONOMIC BASE; BEING A CATALYST FOR DIVERSIFICATION, INNOVATION, AND ECONOMIC CHANGE. WE ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION BY WORKING WITH COMPANIES LOOKING TO LOCATE OR EXPAND IN ELKHART COUNTY.
