THE MISSION OF AREA IV DEVELOPMENT, INC. IS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS THAT WILL DIRECTLY BENEFIT LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PERSONS, OLDER ADULTS PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS, HOMELESS PERSONS AND SPECIAL NEEDS POPULATIONS IN MID-NORTHWESTERN INDIANA.
