1. 1.Deliver hands-on, team-based robotics competitions from elementary through college levels. Build technical and life skills like collaboration, perseverance, and critical thinking. Make programs inclusive with initiatives like Girl Powered, support for deaf and hard-of-hearing students, and community-based engagement.
2. 2.Expand programs like the Factory Automation Competition and the Aerial Drone Competition, connecting STEM learning directly to real-world careers. Offer industry certifications that provide students with recognized credentials. Focus on emerging technologies and industries, preparing students for future roles in automation, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
3. 3.Invest in internal systems, staff, and tools to improve service delivery and program quality. Grow the mentor and alumni network to create a lifelong support system for students. Ensure long-term sustainability through community-based delivery models and scalable program design.
