1. 1.1. Increase visibility of the organization across our 14-county service area highlighting our vital role in the hunger/food insecurity ecosystem a. Partner with corporations to create unique employee volunteer opportunities and build awareness among and across organizations b. Increase social media and traditional media presence c. Participate on advocacy, social service, and community committees
2. 2.2. Increase dollars raised to match the efforts necessary to fight growing hunger and poverty rates in our community a. Aggressive fundraising strategy including new grant sources and signature event b. Two direct mail appeals
3. 3.3. Improve the facilities and technologies of our food rescue operation to create an environment where volunteers are comfortable and can thrive and we enhance our abilities to rescue more food to feed more people. a. Walk-in coolers b. Walk-in Freezer c. Air Conditioning d. Refrigerated Truck
