We visualize a community where all women have the opportunity and ability to achieve their own unique potential.

Goals

1. 1.The need for our services in the Lansing community continues to grow at an astronomical rate. At the same time, we are seeing funding opportunities diminishing. There is currently a six month waitlist for people waiting to use our counseling services. The demand is there for more therapists and a more functional space to provide the services our community needs.
2. 2.The mission statement of the Women's Center is flexible, allowing us the ability to assess current needs in the community and pivot our programs and services based on what our clients are telling and showing us. At the Women's Center, we listen to our community and find ways to provide the resources requested.
3. 3.As we grow and expand, the Women's Center remains committed to providing quality programs and services to our community and clientele. To that end, we encourage our staff to take advantage of professional development training opportunities that present themselves throughout the year. The costs of these trainings is included in our yearly budget.
