TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUTH BASEBALL PLAYERS TO PLAY BASEBALL IN THEIR HOMETOWN, PLAY MORE BASEBALL GAMES, AND ENJOY AN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT WHICH PROVIDES A SUPERVISED PROGRAM OF COMPETITIVE BASEBALL.
