Kids In The Spotlight's mission is to help foster and opportunity youth heal and grow from the trauma they’ve faced through the power of storytelling and filmmaking.

Vision

We inspire our youth to pursue careers in the entertainment industry through partnerships with successful Hollywood talent and workforce development.

Goals

1.Integrate trauma-informed care into every aspect of KITS' programming.
2.Develop opportunities for representation and management with talent and literary agents for Transitional-Age youth who've aged out of the foster care system.
3.Identify, cultivate, and nurture annual and major donors to build an endowment of $15,000,000.
