Mission

The mission of Thank Israeli Soldiers (TIS) is to support the education, welfare, and wellbeing of young Israeli adults during and after their military service. TIS is dedicated to fostering gratitude for their service, strengthening the connections to their Jewish heritage, and building meaningful relationships between Israelis and Americans.

Vision

To inspire a stronger future by guiding Israeli soldiers on a journey of purpose, identity, and leadership—rooted in heritage, strengthened by global connection, and supported with education, mental health tools, and resilience-building for life beyond their service.

Goals

1.Strengthen Mental Resilience – Lead the largest IDF mental health initiative, Shields of Resilience, equipping over 150,000 combat soldiers with tools to manage stress and prevent PTSD.
2.Help Young Adults Transition to Civilian Life – Provide career guidance, job placement, and educational opportunities to ensure a successful future.
3.Support Military Families – Alleviate stress on reservist spouses and families through community events, support groups, and family-strengthening initiatives.
